One of the duties of the Information Management and Documentation Officer (PPID) is to provide access to public information secretariat services for information applicants.
Related to this task, the PPID establishes information service standards within the Jambi City Government PPID environment.
With the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Public Information Services, it is hoped that the implementation of this Public Information Disclosure Act can run effectively and that the publics rights to quality information are in accordance with procedures, and can be fulfilled properly in accordance with the Public Information Commission Law.
